WHO WE ARE
Joseph H. Shany is the founder of Shany Enterprises - a Real Estate boutique acquisition fund, in which specializes in investment properties, management and maximizing rent rolls for multi-family asset class.
Mr. Shany served the Israeli Intelligence Corps unit for three years, and received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) in Israel thereafter.
Prior and during school, he worked at a full-time position in Sales and Service Sales (relocation housing as of 1999). Mr. Shany has never had any student debt loans, and paid full tuition entirely on his own through his perseverance, hard work and dedication. Mr. Shany is a father of 3 children, and currently resides with his family in Florida.

Mr. Shany began his career as a Real Estate Agent in 2006, and by 2009 formed his very own firm, all during a very challenging year. He succeeded in assisting several property owners on getting back on track, and managed in collecting high rents, as well as sold condo units to decrease the financial burden they were faced with.
Where other rental buildings collected $50-$65 per square foot for rent, Mr. Shany succeeded in achieving $90 per square foot, without vacancy, consistently throughout a five year period. Through his creativity and resourcefulness, Mr. Shany was able to withstand to his commitments, in a conservative matter, while striving to complete the job in a fortuitous manner.

Mr. Shany is a hands on individual, who has succeeded in maintaining and managing hundreds of units in New York City and South Florida, as well as some areas in Los Angeles and Israel, midst establishing his many relationships with lenders, and real estate professionals. Mr. Shany's firm has acquired and managed several multi-family properties, and condominiums in prominent cities worldwide.
